Skrei, the Norwegian Arctic cod, has arrived FINDS from the freezing waters of the coast of northern Norway. Finnish Executive Chef Jaakko Sorsa is serving a new seasonal tasting menu of Skrei cod this March and April. Highlights include appetising Smoked Skrei Codfish Cakes, rich and savoury Skrei Codfish Cheek and King Crab Soup and Poached Skrei Codfish Fillet as a classic Nordic main course.
