FINDS STORY

Since the establishment at Lan Kwai Fong in 2004, FINDS remains to be the only authentic Nordic restaurant in the entire Pearl River Delta. After 6 years as an iconic fixture in central, FINDS relocated to The Luxe Manor, a stylishly luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui in 2010.

Inspired by the generous Nordic seasons, majority of the award winning cuisine features seasonal ingredients imported directly from Northern Europe, and complemented with original Nordic cooking techniques such as smoking, curing, pickling and fermenting.
